The profile is the shape of the curb and what it does. The finish is what it looks like. They are separate choices and you can mix them however you want across a property.
Finishes
Three levels. Identical concrete, identical install, identical lifespan. The difference is entirely appearance.
Moroccan Natural Stone

The premium end of what we do. Multi-step color, antiquing powder worked into the texture, and hand detail on every joint so the finished border looks like individually set stone rather than a single continuous pour.

Custom Stamped Edging

Integral color through the whole curb, then a pattern pressed into the surface while the concrete is still plastic. The texture is part of the curb, not a coating on top of it, so it does not wear off.

CurbColor

Pigment goes into the mix, not onto the surface. The color runs through the entire curb, so a chip or a scuff shows the same color underneath instead of bare gray.

What the curb is shaped like, and what that shape is actually for.
Slant / mower edge
Angled face, high back, low front. The volume seller. A mower wheel rides on the low side so the edge cuts itself, and the slope sheds rain into the bed instead of onto the lawn.
Square / block
Flat top, vertical sides. The strongest visual separation and the best at holding material back: rock, bark, built-up soil. What we use where a vehicle might touch it.
Dome / roll top
Rounded crown, sheds water both directions, no sharp arris to chip. Softer look, good in a planted setting rather than against a crisp lawn.
Low profile
Around three inches instead of four and a half. A boundary without a step. Right between a lawn and gravel, or anywhere a raised lip would be a trip hazard.
Mow strip / wide edge
Wider and set flush with the lawn rather than raised. The mower runs right over it, so there is no trimming and no lip to catch. Costs more per foot and saves you every weekend.
Tree ring
Not its own mold, just a standard profile run in a tight radius. About ten feet of curb per ring and all of it radius work, which is why rings price higher per foot than a straight run.
One profile we do not do: scalloped or Victorian edging. That is a precast product cast in repeating units. An extruder pushes one continuous cross-section, so a repeating scallop silhouette physically cannot come off the machine. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you precast blocks with gaps between them for grass to grow through.
